Processing time depends on the payment method used.<\/p><p data-start=\"1553\" data-end=\"1609\">In most cases, payments are applied within <strong data-start=\"1596\" data-end=\"1608\">24 hours<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1611\" data-end=\"1636\">Typical processing times (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/1583236-what-payment-methods-are-available-at-hostinger\/\">payment method<\/a> availability may vary by region):<\/p><ul data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1716\">\n<li data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1674\"><strong>Credit, debit or prepaid card, e-wallets, cryptocurrency<\/strong>: from a few minutes, up to 2 hours<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1674\"><strong data-start=\"1639\" data-end=\"1655\">UPI payments<\/strong>: usually 2&ndash;6 hours<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1674\"><strong data-start=\"1677\" data-end=\"1700\">Cash-based payments<\/strong>: up to 48 hours<\/li>\n<\/ul><p data-start=\"1718\" data-end=\"1811\">During this time, the invoice may still appear as unpaid, even though the payment was successful.<\/p><div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #b2f2b280;border-color: #a0e4a033\">To avoid service expiration or interruptions, it is recommended to renew services in advance.<\/div><h2 data-start=\"499\" data-end=\"548\" id=\"h-step-2-confirm-that-the-payment-was-completed\">Step 2 &ndash; Confirm that the payment was completed<\/h2><p>After allowing enough time for processing, check your payment method for confirmation that the charge was successfully deducted.<\/p><ul>\n<li>If no charge appears, the purchase was likely not completed, and you can safely place the order again.<\/li>\n<li>If the funds were deducted, continue with the next steps.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p>Avoid making multiple payments while a transaction is still processing, as this may result in duplicate charges.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1586\" data-end=\"1645\">What happens to delayed or unsuccessful payments<\/h3><p data-start=\"1647\" data-end=\"1851\">If more than <strong data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"1672\">24 hours<\/strong> have passed (or <strong data-start=\"1689\" data-end=\"1701\">48 hours<\/strong> for cash payments) and the charge appears on your bank account but the invoice is still unpaid, the payment may not have been completed successfully.<\/p><p data-start=\"1853\" data-end=\"2037\">In most cases, unsuccessful charges are <strong data-start=\"1892\" data-end=\"1931\">automatically canceled and reverted<\/strong>. The funds will be returned to your account based on the time your bank requires to process the reversal.<\/p><p data-start=\"2039\" data-end=\"2131\">Once the funds are returned, you can safely make a new payment to complete the purchase.<\/p><h2 class=\"no-margin\" id=\"h-step-3-refresh-hpanel-and-check-service-availability\">Step 3 &ndash; Refresh hPanel and check service availability<\/h2><p>Sometimes the payment is completed, there were no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/4147167-what-to-do-if-there-is-an-error-during-payment-at-hostinger\/\">payment errors<\/a>, but hPanel hasn&rsquo;t updated yet:<\/p><ul>\n<li>Refresh the page or log in to hPanel using an incognito or private browser window<\/li>\n<li>Make sure you&rsquo;re logged into the correct Hostinger account where the service was purchased<\/li>\n<\/ul><p>If the service is still not appearing after refreshing:<\/p><ul>\n<li>For <strong>new services<\/strong>: go to the <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Home<\/a> page in hPanel. Newly purchased services may be listed as <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"\/support\/4598546-how-to-set-up-my-orders-at-hostinger\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pending activation<\/a><\/li>\n<li>For <strong>renewals<\/strong>: open the <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\/billing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Billing<\/a> section and confirm the service expiration date reflects the new billing period<\/li>\n<li>For <strong>upgrades<\/strong>: verify that the service limits and resources have increased as expected<\/li>\n<\/ul><h2 data-start=\"2404\" data-end=\"2451\" id=\"h-other-reasons-for-inactive-or-missing-services\">Other reasons for inactive or missing services<\/h2><p data-start=\"2453\" data-end=\"2557\">In some situations, a service may be unavailable for reasons unrelated to payment processing.<\/p><ul data-start=\"2559\" data-end=\"2772\">\n<li data-start=\"2559\" data-end=\"2666\">\n<p data-start=\"2561\" data-end=\"2666\"><strong data-start=\"2561\" data-end=\"2586\">Temporary maintenance<\/strong>: services or hPanel may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance. If the service is related in the status page, you can verify service availability once maintenance is completed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2667\" data-end=\"2772\">\n<p data-start=\"2669\" data-end=\"2772\"><strong data-start=\"2669\" data-end=\"2707\">Inactive services<\/strong>: a service may be expired, suspended, canceled, or deleted, or may no longer appear after changes such as renewing or upgrading a different service. This information helps us locate your payment and resolve any potential issue in a timely manner:<\/p><ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>PayPal<\/b>: the PayPal account email and transaction ID<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Credit card:<\/b> the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card used<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Other payment methods<\/b>:<b> <\/b>the email used for the transaction and proof of completed payment from the payment provider<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><p data-start=\"3625\" data-end=\"3851\">In most cases, unpaid invoices are caused by normal processing delays and resolve automatically.
