In this article, we&rsquo;ll cover the main scenarios&mdash;expired, canceled, and suspended plans&mdash;and the steps you can take in each case.<\/p><div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #e3e7fa80;border-color: #334bfa33\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">It&rsquo;s always a good idea to check our <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"https:\/\/statuspage.hostinger.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">status page<\/a> for any ongoing maintenance &#128161;<\/p>\n<\/div><h2 id=\"h_534f6a1f8a\">Expired<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">If you encounter a message similar to the one below on your hPanel <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">homepage<\/a><b> <\/b>:<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2020\/06\/4ff5fe40-eac1-47e6-8e9f-c7658fb66d66.jpg\" alt=\"The notification of expired hosting on the home page of hPanel.\"><\/div><p class=\"no-margin\">It means your hosting plan has expired due to non-payment. As a result, your websites will stop working, and you won&rsquo;t be able to manage them&mdash;only the add website, tag and <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"\/support\/3624731-how-to-delete-a-website-from-a-hosting-plan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">delete<\/a> options will remain available.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">To restore access, you can <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"\/support\/1583464-how-to-renew-a-hosting-plan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">renew<\/a> your hosting plan, and services will resume as soon as the payment is fully <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"\/support\/3592497-what-to-do-if-an-invoice-still-appears-as-unpaid-after-making-a-payment\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">processed<\/a>.<\/p><h2 id=\"h_8583def676\">Canceled<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">If your hosting plan was canceled due to non-payment and expired less than 30 days ago, you still have the option to <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"\/support\/8291133-how-to-restore-an-expired-hosting-plan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">restore it<\/a>. After 30 days, the plan is permanently deleted and cannot be renewed or restored. In that case, you can <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/pricing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">purchase<\/a> a new hosting plan and recreate your website if needed.<\/p><h2 id=\"h_94cbc13dd5\">Suspended<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">If your hosting plan has been suspended, it won&rsquo;t appear on the hPanel homepage, and the <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\/websites\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Websites<\/a> section will display a related warning:<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2020\/06\/6f6094d2-d5e8-42ff-b5a1-324e55865090.jpg\" alt=\"The notification that a hosting plan is suspended on hPanel.\"><\/div><p>This type of suspension occurs if a violation of our <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/legal\/universal-terms-of-service-agreement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Terms of Service<\/a> is detected. In this case, the websites will stop working, and you won&rsquo;t be able to add, manage, tag, or delete them.<\/p><p>When a hosting plan or subscription is suspended, Hostinger sends an email to your account&rsquo;s contact address. The email includes:<br>\n&bull; Which service(s) have been suspended<br>\n&bull; The specific reason for the suspension<br>\n&bull; Any documents or actions required to request unsuspension<\/p><p>If multiple services are suspended in the same event, you will receive a single email listing all affected services.<\/p><p><b>Next steps:<\/b> Review the suspension email for the required action.
