There can be a few reasons why your hosting plan may appear inactive and your websites aren’t loading as expected. In this article, we’ll cover the main scenarios—expired, canceled, and suspended plans—and the steps you can take in each case.<\/p>

Expired<\/h2>

If you encounter a message similar to the one below on your hPanel homepage<\/a> <\/b>:<\/p>

It means your hosting plan has expired due to non-payment. As a result, your websites will stop working, and you won’t be able to manage them—only the add website, tag and delete<\/a> options will remain available.<\/p>

To restore access, you can renew<\/a> your hosting plan, and services will resume as soon as the payment is fully processed<\/a>.<\/p>

Canceled<\/h2>

If your hosting plan was canceled due to non-payment and expired less than 30 days ago, you still have the option to restore it<\/a>. After 30 days, the plan is permanently deleted and cannot be renewed or restored. In that case, you can purchase<\/a> a new hosting plan and recreate your website if needed.<\/p>

Suspended<\/h2>

If your hosting plan has been suspended, it won’t appear on the hPanel homepage, and the Websites<\/a> section will display a related warning:<\/p>

This type of suspension occurs if a violation of our Terms of Service<\/a> is detected. In this case, the websites will stop working, and you won’t be able to add, manage, tag, or delete them.<\/p>

When a hosting plan or subscription is suspended, Hostinger sends an email to your account’s contact address. The email includes:
\n• Which service(s) have been suspended
\n• The specific reason for the suspension
\n• Any documents or actions required to request unsuspension<\/p>

If multiple services are suspended in the same event, you will receive a single email listing all affected services.<\/p>

Next steps:<\/b> Review the suspension email for the required action. If you believe the suspension is an error, click Contact Us<\/b> in the suspension warning on the Websites page (https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\/websites<\/a>), or contact support via hPanel.<\/p>
