{"id":1262,"date":"2020-08-11T06:27:12","date_gmt":"2020-08-11T06:27:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.hostinger.io\/support\/2020\/08\/11\/4334278-how-to-use-hostinger-balance\/"},"modified":"2026-03-11T19:01:17","modified_gmt":"2026-03-11T19:01:17","slug":"4334278-how-to-use-hostinger-balance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/4334278-how-to-use-hostinger-balance\/","title":{"rendered":"How to Use Hostinger Balance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"no-margin\">If you have <a href=\"\/support\/3958999-how-to-get-a-refund#h_0f76629c5b\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\">refunded<\/a> a previous purchase and selected Hostinger Balance as the refund method, the reimbursed amount will be added to your account as credits.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">You can use Hostinger Balance for the following transactions:<\/p><ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Purchasing new services from the <a href=\"https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\/marketplace\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\" rel=\"noopener\">hPanel Marketplace<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Upgrading an existing service.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><p class=\"no-margin\">If you have an outstanding invoice, such as for a subscription renewal, the balance will automatically be applied if no new purchases or upgrades are made.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">When making a purchase within hPanel, your available balance will automatically appear as <b>Credits <\/b>in the order summary:<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.hostinger.io\/pt\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/59\/2022\/07\/f4ed9a0e-18fe-4c39-9a09-71ae07d4aaa6.jpg\" alt=\"Paying with Hostinger Balance\" width=\"500\"><\/div><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">If the total cost exceeds your available balance, the credits will be applied as a discount, and you&rsquo;ll only need to pay the remaining amount.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">To check your current balance, go to the <b>Billing <\/b>&rarr;
