If the invoice was paid using Hostinger credits, it can also be refunded to your Hostinger Balance directly, though this is limited to once every 12 months per invoice.<\/p><h2 id=\"h-what-you-can-use-hostinger-balance-for\">What you can use Hostinger Balance for<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">You can use Hostinger Balance for the following transactions:<\/p><ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Purchasing new services from the <a data-click-id=\"hgr-post-content-link-hostinger-dashboard-marketplace\" class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\/marketplace\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hostinger dashboard Marketplace<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Upgrading an existing service.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><p class=\"no-margin\">If you have an outstanding invoice, such as for a subscription renewal, the balance will automatically be applied if no new purchases or upgrades are made.<\/p><p>For other ways to pay, see <a data-click-id=\"hgr-post-content-link-what-payment-methods-are-available-at-hostinger\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/1583236-what-payment-methods-are-available-at-hostinger\/\">what payment methods are available at Hostinger.<\/a><\/p><h2 id=\"h-check-and-use-your-balance\">Check and use your balance<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">When making a purchase within Hostinger dashboard, your available balance will automatically appear as <b>Credits <\/b>in the order summary:<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.hostinger.io\/pt\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/59\/2022\/07\/f4ed9a0e-18fe-4c39-9a09-71ae07d4aaa6.jpg\" alt=\"Paying with Hostinger Balance\" width=\"500\"><\/div><p class=\"no-margin\">If the total cost exceeds your available balance, the credits will be applied as a discount, and you&rsquo;ll only need to pay the remaining amount.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">To check your current balance, go to the <b>Billing <\/b>&rarr; <b><a data-click-id=\"hgr-post-content-link-payment-methods\" class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\/billing\/payment-methods\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Payment Methods<\/a><\/b> section of Hostinger dashboard:<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2020\/08\/260605ae-10c0-42ed-a725-9c3460463f32.jpg\" alt=\"Hostinger balance: $12.34\" width=\"550\" data-media-id=\"4819\"><\/div><div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #e3e7fa80;border-color: #334bfa33\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Additional funds cannot be manually added to the Hostinger Balance.
