Depending on the status of your request, you have two alternatives to make changes:<\/p>

Delete Pending Request<\/h2>

If any details have changed after requesting the migration, and the migration status<\/a> is still Pending<\/b>, you may delete the current request and submit a new one.<\/p>

\n<\/p>

Go to the Migrations Requests<\/a> <\/b>page, locate the request in question, and delete it:<\/p>

Then, click on Add request<\/b> and submit a new website migration request<\/a> with the updated details.<\/p>

Updated Requests<\/h2>

If your migration started but was not completed, the status will change to Updated<\/b> or Rejected<\/b>. Click on More information<\/b> to learn more about the reason for the rejection so you can take the required measures to fix it.<\/p>

When the solution is ready, click on Edit<\/b> to update the request:<\/p>

On the next page, enter the updated details and click on Submit request<\/b>. The migration process will restart.<\/p>

If you require to migrate to a different website or change the type of migration, e.g. from WordPress to another control panel, simply create a new request<\/b> 💡 <\/p>\n<\/div>

Common Issues<\/h3>

What to do if your website migration is rejected?<\/a><\/b><\/p>

\n<\/p>

Websites already hosted at Hostinger are not eligible for this process. If your request was rejected for this reason, you do not need to edit or create a new request.
