This guide covers how to navigate your subscriptions, payments, and saved payment methods to keep your services running smoothly.<\/p><h2 id=\"h-navigate-to-the-billing-section\">Navigate to the Billing section<\/h2><p>To access your billing details, log in to your hPanel, click on the profile icon in the top-right corner, and select <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\/billing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Billing<\/a>.<br>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-12349\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/07\/hostinger-hpanel-billing.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"329\" height=\"259\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/07\/hostinger-hpanel-billing.png 373w, https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/07\/hostinger-hpanel-billing-300x236.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 329px) 100vw, 329px\" \/><\/p><p>You will find the following options on the sidebar: Subscriptions, Payment History and Payment Methods.<\/p><h2 id=\"h_d627f10c25\">Manage subscriptions<\/h2><div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-center\">\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\/billing\/subscriptions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Subscriptions<\/a> page lists all services associated with your account. The main list displays the following information.<\/p>\n<\/div><ul>\n<li><strong>Service name<\/strong>: The type of service and its specific plan tier if applicable.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Associated domain<\/strong>: The domain name connected to the service. For hosting plans with multiple websites, only one domain is listed as a reference.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Expiration date<\/strong>: The final date of the current billing cycle.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Auto-renewal status<\/strong>: A toggle switch to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/3316237-how-to-automatically-renew-hostinger-services\/\">enable<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/1583234-how-to-disable-auto-renewal-at-hostinger\/\">disable<\/a> automatic renewals. When auto-renewal is enabled, Hostinger automatically charges your saved payment method before expiration (27 days prior for domains, 14 days for yearly plans, and 1 day for monthly plans).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Renewal price<\/strong>: The base cost to renew the service before taxes, shown in your account <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/why-cant-i-change-my-account-currency\/\">currency<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Status indicator<\/strong>: Displays whether a service is active, pending setup, expired or canceled. Services pending setup display a button to initiate the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/4598546-how-to-set-up-orders-at-hostinger\/\">order configuration<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-12351\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/07\/hostinger-hpanel-subscriptions.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"707\" height=\"281\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/07\/hostinger-hpanel-subscriptions.png 959w, https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/07\/hostinger-hpanel-subscriptions-300x119.png 300w, https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/07\/hostinger-hpanel-subscriptions-768x305.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 707px) 100vw, 707px\" \/><\/p><div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-center\">\n<p>Clicking the arrow (&#10095;) next to any subscription opens the subscription details drawer. A status card shows the current renewal state, next charge amount, billing period, and renewal date.&nbsp;The available actions depend on the status of the service:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Active<\/strong>: Click <strong>Cancel subscription<\/strong> at the bottom of the drawer to stop future automatic renewals. The service remains active until the expiration date.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancelled<\/strong>: Click <strong>Resume subscription<\/strong> to re-enable auto-renewal, or click <strong>Renew<\/strong> to extend the service manually.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Expired<\/strong>: Click Renew to reactivate the service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The lower portion of the details drawer contains the service status, expiration date, renewal price, taxes and fees, subscription ID, the option to change the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/1583235-how-to-change-your-billing-cycle-at-hostinger\/#h_e46c2f1c99\">billing cycle<\/a> (if auto-renewal is enabled), and options to upgrade or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/how-to-downgrade-a-hostinger-hosting-plan\/\">downgrade<\/a> the service if applicable.<\/p>\n<\/div><h2 id=\"h_e331e96805\">View payment history<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">The <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\/billing\/payment-history\/paid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Payment History<\/a> page displays a record of all completed transactions. You can view refunded invoices by selecting the Refunded History tab. Each entry includes:<\/p><ul>\n<li><strong>Payment ID<\/strong>: The unique identification number required to locate a transaction or initiate support requests.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Subscription ID<\/strong>: The unique identifier assigned to the specific product. A single subscription can have multiple associated payments over time, such as renewals and upgrades.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Service<\/strong>: The specific service and billing period covered by the transaction.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paid at<\/strong>: The date the transaction was processed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Amount<\/strong>: The total amount processed for the entry.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11649\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/06\/subs-1024x225.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1029\" height=\"226\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/06\/subs-1024x225.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/06\/subs-300x66.png 300w, https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/06\/subs-768x169.png 768w, https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/06\/subs-1536x338.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/06\/subs.png 1917w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1029px) 100vw, 1029px\" \/>Clicking the arrow (&#10095;) next to a payment opens additional details, an amount breakdown, and the option to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/5401907-how-to-download-your-invoices\/\">download the invoice<\/a> as a PDF file.<\/p><h2 id=\"h_8398205bc5\">Manage payment methods<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">The <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\/billing\/payment-methods\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Payment Methods<\/a> page&nbsp;allows you to check your available <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/4334278-how-to-use-hostinger-balance\/\">Hostinger balance<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/5394917-how-to-manage-payment-methods-in-my-account\/\">manage<\/a> your saved credit cards or digital wallets.<\/p><p>Saved payment methods enable one-click purchases and ensure that auto-renewal functions properly for your active services.
