Use an FTP client like FileZilla with the FTP details from your website&rsquo;s dashboard, either through Quickconnect or the Site Manager.<\/p><p>To follow along visually, watch our video guide on how to use FileZilla and connect to an FTP server.<\/p><div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #e3e7fa80;border-color: #334bfa33\">FTP access is not supported for websites created with Hostinger AI Builder, as these platforms do not allow external file transfers.<\/div><h2 id=\"h_322ede3ed5\">Step 1 &ndash; Preparations<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">First, make sure that:<\/p><ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">An FTP client is installed on your device; we recommend <a data-click-id=\"hgr-post-content-link-filezilla\" class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"https:\/\/filezilla-project.org\/download.php?type=client\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FileZilla<\/a><b> <\/b>(client version)<b>.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">You have your website&rsquo;s <a data-click-id=\"hgr-post-content-link-ftp-information\" class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"\/support\/1714427-how-to-find-ftp-details-on-hostinger-dashboard-at-hostinger\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FTP information<\/a> ready. The first time you connect to a server, you may encounter an Unknown certificate message.
