Open the database in phpMyAdmin from your website&rsquo;s dashboard, click Export, and download the SQL file.<\/p><h3>Before you start<\/h3><p>This guide applies to databases associated with custom PHP or HTML websites on web, cloud, and agency hosting plans.<\/p><ul>\n<li>Hostinger AI Builder does not support databases and phpMyAdmin; it utilizes an integrated backend instead.<\/li>\n<\/ul><h2 id=\"h-step-1-open-the-database-in-phpmyadmin\">Step 1 &ndash; Open the database in phpMyAdmin<\/h2><ol>\n<li>Go to Hostinger dashboard <a data-click-id=\"hgr-post-content-link-websites\" class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\/websites\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Websites,<\/a> hover over the website, and click Manage site.<\/li>\n<li>On the side menu, select Databases &rarr; <strong>Management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>Enter phpMyAdmin<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol><p>For additional methods to reach phpMyAdmin, refer to this
