Each lead moves through statuses from <strong>New to Completed<\/strong>, and a lead is completed when you onboard the client via <strong>Account Sharing<\/strong>. Your Agency Directory ranking, based on how you respond to leads and your recent referrals, affects how many leads you receive.<\/p><h2 class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" id=\"h-where-leads-come-from\"><strong>Where leads come from<\/strong><\/h2><p>Leads come from two sources:<\/p><ul>\n<li>Clients who find your agency through the <a data-click-id=\"hgr-post-content-link-agency-directory\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/agency-directory\">Agency Directory<\/a> and submit a contact form on your profile.<\/li>\n<li>Clients who use <strong>Match with an agency<\/strong> and are assigned to your agency by Hostinger, based on their project details.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p>Either way, their details appear automatically in your <a data-click-id=\"hgr-post-content-link-agency-directory-2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/agency-directory\">Agency Directory<\/a>&nbsp;dashboard in Hostinger dashboard.<\/p><div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #e3e7fa80;border-color: #334bfa33\">Hostinger does not facilitate or mediate the conversation &mdash; we pass the lead to you, and you handle the relationship from ther<em>e.<\/em><\/div><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">To receive leads, your agency must be approved in the Partner Program and have <a data-click-id=\"hgr-post-content-link-an-active-listing-in-the-agency-directory\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/partner-program-and-agency-directory-requirements\/\">an active listing in the Agency Directory<\/a>. If you haven&rsquo;t set up your directory profile yet, you can do so through <a data-click-id=\"hgr-post-content-link-agency-hub\" href=\"https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\/agency-hub\/partner-program\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Agency Hub<\/a>.<\/p><h2 id=\"h-how-leads-are-matched-to-agencies\">How leads are matched to agencies<\/h2><p>Before a lead reaches an agency, Hostinger validates the submitted project description to filter out spam and placeholder text, such as greeting-only messages or unfilled form variables. Hostinger then matches the lead using a scoring system based on language, country, services offered, and budget, with deductions applied to agencies that have ignored previous leads.<\/p><p>Each agency can receive up to 3 leads from <strong>Match with an agency<\/strong> in any rolling 24-hour period. When an agency reaches this limit, the lead goes to the eligible agency with the next-highest match score. The limit doesn&rsquo;t apply when fewer than 6 agencies are a good match for the lead, which usually means few agencies speak the client&rsquo;s language.<\/p><p>If two or more agencies have the same match score, the lead goes to the agency currently handling the fewest leads.<\/p><h2 id=\"h-not-accepting-new-clients-status-in-the-agency-directory\">Not accepting new clients status in the Agency Directory<\/h2><p>Hostinger marks your agency as <strong>Not accepting new clients<\/strong> when 3 leads have waited 10 days or more for your reply. Your agency stops receiving new leads until you answer the waiting leads.<\/p><p>While your agency is marked <strong>Not accepting new clients<\/strong>:<\/p><ul>\n<li>Your agency doesn&rsquo;t receive leads from <strong>Match with an agency.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Your contact form is hidden in the <strong>Agency Directory.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Your agency profile appears below other agencies in the <strong>Agency Directory.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul><p>A pop-up explains the change the first time the status applies. A banner at the top of the<strong> Agency directory<\/strong> tab shows how many leads are waiting for your reply. The <strong>Not accepting new clients<\/strong> label also appears next to your agency page.<\/p><p>Accept new clients again in the Agency Directory<\/p><ol>\n<li>Go to<strong> Refer &amp; earn &rarr; Agency directory<\/strong> in Hostinger dashboard.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Details<\/strong> next to each waiting lead, then accept or decline the lead.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Accept new clients again<\/strong> in the banner. Your Agency Directory position, contact form, and lead matching are restored.<\/p><h2 class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" id=\"h-lead-statuses\"><strong>Lead statuses<\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Each lead in your dashboard has one of the following statuses:<\/p><ol>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"><strong>New <\/strong>&ndash; Lead received, no action taken yet. Appears at the top of your list.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"><strong>Active <\/strong>&ndash; You&rsquo;ve accepted the lead and are engaging with the client.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"><strong>Declined<\/strong> &ndash; You&rsquo;ve indicated you&rsquo;re not interested in this lead.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"><strong>Completed<\/strong> &ndash; The lead has been converted into a client via Account Sharing.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"><strong>Expired<\/strong> &ndash; No progress was made within 30 days. Lead moves to archive.<\/li>\n<\/ol><div class=\"overflow-x-auto w-full px-2 mb-6\">\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Declined and expired leads are removed from your active list but remain accessible in the archive for 12 months, after which their personal data is deleted.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" id=\"h-how-to-work-a-lead-to-completion\"><strong>How to work a lead to completion<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-decimal flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">When a new lead arrives, you&rsquo;ll be notified by email. Open <strong>Agency<\/strong> <strong>Hub<\/strong> in Hostinger dashboard to review their details.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Click <strong>Accept<\/strong> to move the lead to Active and reach out to the SMB directly using the contact details provided.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Once you&rsquo;ve agreed to work together, onboard the client as a Hostinger client via Account Sharing. <strong>The lead status will automatically update to Completed once Account Sharing is verified<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Leads that remain at New with no progress for 30 days will automatically expire.<\/p>\n<\/div><h2 class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" id=\"h-how-to-get-more-leads\"><strong>How to get more leads<\/strong><\/h2><p>Your position in the Agency Directory determines how visible you are to clients browsing for agencies. Agency Directory ranking is based on three engagement signals:<\/p><ul>\n<li><strong>Responsiveness<\/strong> &ndash; how many of your 3 most recent leads you accepted or declined.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Response speed<\/strong> &ndash; how quickly you usually reply to new leads.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Referrals<\/strong> &ndash; your qualified and approved referrals from the last 30 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p>Agencies that respond to leads reliably and quickly rank higher. Agencies with no record of lead engagement don&rsquo;t get top placement by default. Declining a lead you can&rsquo;t take still counts as a response, so act on every new lead instead of leaving it at New.<\/p><p>Agency Directory rankings refresh every Tuesday and Thursday. New agency pages start with a neutral score while they collect their first leads.<\/p><h2 id=\"h-check-your-agency-directory-ranking-on-the-performance-card\">Check your Agency Directory ranking on the Performance card<\/h2><p>The Performance card in Hostinger dashboard shows your current Agency Directory ranking and the three signals behind it. To open it:<\/p><ol>\n<li>Go to<strong> For partners &rarr; Agency<\/strong> <strong>directory<\/strong> in Hostinger dashboard.<\/li>\n<li>On your first visit, a window explains how ranking works. An arrow next to it shows how many positions your ranking rose or fell since the last refresh.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Referrals<\/strong> &ndash; your qualified and approved referrals from the last 30 days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Responsiveness<\/strong> &ndash; the share of your 3 most recent leads you accepted or declined, for example 33%.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Response speed<\/strong> &ndash; your usual reply time to new leads, for example 3d 17h.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p><strong>NOTES<\/strong><\/p><ul>\n<li>The Performance card appears only when your agency page is live or hidden.
