Partner Program requirements<\/strong><\/p>

Who can apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

The Partner Program is open to web professionals who provide services to others — freelancers, web agencies, and marketing agencies are all welcome to apply. To be approved, you must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

  • Your website exists, looks professional, and includes clear information about your services<\/li>\n
  • Your work email domain matches your company website domain (Gmail, Yahoo, and other generic email providers are not accepted)<\/li>\n
  • Your company name can be verified through basic web presence<\/li>\n
  • Your submitted company description is authentic and not copy-pasted from another source<\/li>\n
  • You have never been suspended for abuse on Hostinger<\/li>\n
  • The agency does not operate in a market Hostinger has explicitly excluded<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Agency Directory requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Once accepted into the Partner Program, you can create a profile and be listed publicly in the Agency Directory, where clients looking for web professionals can find and contact you directly.<\/p>\n

    Your profile must accurately represent your agency in clear, professional language and describe what you actually do for clients. The following are not permitted:<\/p>\n

    Prohibited industries.<\/strong> Do not reference services built for, or experience working in, industries that violate Hostinger’s acceptable use policy, including:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Adult or sexually explicit content<\/li>\n
    • Gambling or online betting platforms<\/li>\n
    • Crypto or NFT trading platforms<\/li>\n
    • Pharmaceuticals or controlled substances<\/li>\n
    • Weapons, firearms, or related content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Spam and filler content.<\/strong> Descriptions must reflect your actual business. Not permitted:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Generic filler phrases (“we are a great company that does great things”)<\/li>\n
      • Placeholder or Lorem Ipsum text<\/li>\n
      • Descriptions that appear copy-pasted and don’t describe your specific agency<\/li>\n
      • Keyword stuffing or text written purely for search ranking rather than to inform clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Offensive or hateful language.<\/strong> All profiles must be professional and respectful. Not permitted:<\/p>\n

        • Language that targets or demeans groups by race, religion, nationality, or gender<\/li>\n
        • Politically extremist content or rhetoric<\/li>\n
        • Discriminatory framing of any kind, even if presented as a niche or specialisation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Other things to avoid:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • Slogans or taglines as your entire description<\/li>\n
          • Vague adjectives without substance: “passionate”, “cutting-edge”, “innovative”<\/li>\n
          • Writing in third person when the rest of your profile is first-person<\/li>\n
          • Listing every technology you’ve ever used — stick to what you’re known for<\/li>\n
          • Describing what a website is instead of what you do with it<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            When can a partner be removed<\/strong><\/p>\n

            Approved partners can be removed from the Partner Program and the Agency Directory for the following reasons:<\/p>\n

            • Fraudulent referrals or ranking manipulation<\/li>\n
            • Misuse of the Hostinger Partner badge<\/li>\n
            • Violation of Hostinger’s Terms of Service<\/li>\n
            • Agency website offline or no longer representing an active agency<\/li>\n
            • Zero activity for 12 consecutive months (no new clients added via Account Sharing)<\/li>\n
            • Voluntary exit via Agency Hub<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              If your application was not approved or your profile was removed, you’re welcome to reapply once you’ve addressed the issue. Review the requirements above and resubmit through Agency Hub in hPanel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
