You can purchase a <strong>managed<\/strong> <strong>Hermes&nbsp;<\/strong>Hostinger plan on that section or on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/applications\/hermes-agent\">Hostinger page<\/a>:<\/p><ul>\n<li>The option to purchase a Managed Hermes plan is currently not available through the hPanel Marketplace.<\/li>\n<li>This guide covers the managed solution, not Hermes inside VPS.<\/li>\n<\/ul><h1 id=\"h-manage-your-managed-hermes-application\">Manage your Managed Hermes application<\/h1><p data-path-to-node=\"8\">To access your management options, log in to hPanel and navigate to the <a href=\"https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\/applications\/hermes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hermes<\/a>&nbsp;section on the sidebar.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11114\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/06\/2026-06-05_12-17.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"575\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/06\/2026-06-05_12-17.png 484w, https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/06\/2026-06-05_12-17-130x300.png 130w, https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/06\/2026-06-05_12-17-445x1024.png 445w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"18\">The main page provides an overview of your AI resources and active installations.<\/p><h2 id=\"h-ai-integrated-credit-management\">AI integrated credit management<\/h2><p>Hermes requires AI credits to respond to interactions and perform automated tasks. You can manage these directly from hPanel.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12383\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/07\/2026-07-08_17-41.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"989\" height=\"141\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/07\/2026-07-08_17-41.png 989w, https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/07\/2026-07-08_17-41-300x43.png 300w, https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/07\/2026-07-08_17-41-768x109.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 989px) 100vw, 989px\" \/><\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"11\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">nexos.ai credits<\/b>: These allow you to use models like Claude, Gemini, and GPT without separate API keys. You can use the initial credits included with your plan and add more by clicking <b data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"185\">Top up<\/b>. If your balance shows a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/why-my-nexos-ai-credits-become-negative\/\">negative<\/a> amount or a <code>402 budget reached<\/code> error, a top-up is required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Oxylabs credits<\/b>: These enable your application to access live web content and extract data. If you chose this option upon purchase, you will start with 1,000 free credits, which can be topped up at any time. More information: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/oxylabs-ai-studio-credits-usage-overview\/\">Oxylabs credits overview<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-start=\"900\" data-end=\"1279\"><strong data-start=\"900\" data-end=\"913\">API keys<\/strong>: Each provider includes a <strong data-start=\"380\" data-end=\"387\">Key<\/strong> button that copies your API key to your clipboard. This key is used to authenticate requests and link them to your account credits. You may need it when connecting Hermes to external tools, integrations, or custom setups.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rotate key<\/strong>: Click <strong>Rotate key<\/strong> next to a provider to generate a new API key and immediately invalidate the current one. This is useful if you suspect your key has been exposed. Since a single nexos.ai or Oxylabs key can be shared across your Managed Hermes and OpenClaw applications, rotating it will restart all connected applications so they pick up the new key. This name is fixed and cannot be changed.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"14,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"14,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Status<\/b>: Indicates if your server is online. If the status is <b data-path-to-node=\"14,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"61\">Running<\/b> but you encounter errors, you may need to check your internal Hermes settings.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"14,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"14,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Quick access<\/b>: Click the <strong>Open App<\/strong>&nbsp;button to open your application interface.\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"14,3,0\">You can also access it via your browser through your instance&rsquo;s URL and entering your gateway token.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"14,3,0\"><strong>Manage<\/strong>: Access the Managed Hermes dashboard.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"14,3,0\"><strong>Options<\/strong> (&#8942;): Click this button to copy your password, reboot, or delete your application.<\/li>\n<\/ul><h1 data-path-to-node=\"15\" id=\"h-managed-hermes-dashboard\">Managed Hermes dashboard<\/h1><p>After clicking <strong>Manage<\/strong> next to your Managed Hermes installation, you will access the following options:<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11668\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/06\/2026-06-17_11-43.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1022\" height=\"626\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/06\/2026-06-17_11-43.png 1022w, https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/06\/2026-06-17_11-43-300x184.png 300w, https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/06\/2026-06-17_11-43-768x470.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1022px) 100vw, 1022px\" \/><\/p><ul>\n<li><strong>Hermes<\/strong> quick access button to open your application&rsquo;s control panel<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"17,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"17,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Maintenance<\/b>: Use the <b data-path-to-node=\"17,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"21\">Restart<\/b> button to reboot your instance.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"17,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"17,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"67\">Delete application<\/b>: Click the bin icon to permanently remove the application. You can view or change this token at any time from the <strong>Environment<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"17,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"17,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Plan details<\/b>: View your current plan name and expiration date. Click <b data-path-to-node=\"17,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"69\">Renew<\/b> to extend your subscription\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"17,2,0\">Select a renewal period and payment method, and click <b data-path-to-node=\"17,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"150\">Complete payment<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"17,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"17,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">AI providers<\/b>: Manage your AI provider settings from this section, including entering API keys and selecting your AI model. For nexos.ai, a key is provided by default &mdash; click the eye icon to reveal it, or use Restore key to revert back to it. This includes:\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"17,3,0\">Viewing all current keys and values &mdash; values are hidden by default; click the <strong>eye icon<\/strong> next to an individual value to reveal it, or use Show all values to reveal them all at once.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"17,3,0\">Editing an existing variable&rsquo;s value using the pencil icon &mdash; this is how you change your gateway token\/password.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"17,3,0\">Adding a new environment variable by clicking <strong>Add environment variable<\/strong>, for any additional secrets or settings your application needs to run.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"17,3,0\">Deleting a variable using the bin icon. Note that core system variables (such as your gateway\/webUI password and default provider API keys) cannot be deleted &mdash; only edited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"17,3,0\"><strong>Logs<\/strong>: View real-time application output directly from the dashboard. The Logs section displays your application&rsquo;s activity, which can help you diagnose issues and understand what is happening when errors occur. Click <strong>Get insights<\/strong> from your logs to have AI analyze your log entries and suggest ways to fix issues or improve performance &mdash; the results will appear as an Analysis summary and a list of Suggested actions. Click <strong>Re-analyze<\/strong> to run a fresh analysis at any time.
