Some sales channel types may be locked depending on your plan.<\/div><p><strong>Store settings<\/strong> are managed from a single page that combines business identity (store name, logo), regional settings (currency, measurement system), and contact details (address, phone, email). Access it via <strong>Settings &rarr; Store settings<\/strong>.<\/p><h2 id=\"h-what-is-a-quick-link-store\">What is a Quick link store?<\/h2><p>A Quick link store allows you to launch a LIVE store within seconds.<\/p><p>To create one:<\/p><ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Sales channels<\/strong> on the side menu.<\/li>\n<li>Select<strong> Add sales channel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Choose <strong>Instant store with a Quick link.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Your store will instantly appear and be ready to use.<\/li>\n<\/ol><p>You can customize your <strong>Quick link store<\/strong> handle at any time &mdash; you&rsquo;re not limited to the one auto-generated from your business name during onboarding. To update it, navigate to your online stores and edit the handle directly.<\/p><p>Keep in mind:<\/p><ul>\n<li>Handles are globally unique &mdash; no two stores can share the same one.<\/li>\n<li>Changes take effect instantly after saving.<\/li>\n<li>The old handle is freed up right away and becomes available for others to use.<\/li>\n<\/ul><h2 id=\"h-add-products-in-store\">Add products in store<\/h2><p>To display products in your store:<\/p><ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Products<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Add product.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Choose the product type you want to create.<\/li>\n<\/ol><div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #e3e7fa80;border-color: #334bfa33\">Quick link stores currently do not support subscription product types.<\/div><p>All added products will automatically appear in your Quick link store, or any other store you created via Hostinger Ecommerce. Product types not included in your plan will show a lock icon. Channels are grouped into three statuses:<\/p><ul>\n<li><strong>Live on<\/strong> &mdash; the product is active on this channel and customers can buy it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hidden from<\/strong> &mdash; the product exists on this channel but isn&rsquo;t visible to customers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Needs attention<\/strong> &mdash; the channel has a setup issue, such as an unpublished site, a suspended website, or a missing payment plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p>Click a channel row to expand a detail pane showing the channel&rsquo;s status, a shortcut to view or edit that channel (for example, <strong>Edit website<\/strong>), and a toggle to turn the product on or off for that channel. The card header shows how many channels are active out of the total, for example <strong>3 of 6 channels<\/strong>.<\/p><h2 id=\"h-accept-orders-in-store\">Accept orders in store<\/h2><p>To start accepting orders:<\/p><ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Settings &rarr; Payments.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select the region and currency your store will operate in.<\/li>\n<\/ol><p><strong>NOTE<\/strong><\/p><ul>\n<li>Before going live, you can safely verify your checkout flow using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/hostinger-ecommerce-test-payment-method\/\">test payment method,<\/a> without processing real transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul><div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #e3e7fa80;border-color: #334bfa33\">Hostinger Ecommerce currently does not support multiple currencies or multiple languages.<\/div><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10949\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/05\/2026-05-28_19-14_2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1018\" height=\"521\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/05\/2026-05-28_19-14_2.png 1018w, https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/05\/2026-05-28_19-14_2-300x154.png 300w, https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/05\/2026-05-28_19-14_2-768x393.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1018px) 100vw, 1018px\" \/><\/p><h2 id=\"h-store-and-checkout-language\">Store and checkout language<\/h2><p>The Ecommerce store admin interface and checkout language are set <strong>based on the language saved in your hPanel account profile<\/strong>. This applies both to your existing store and when creating a new one.<\/p><p>The store&rsquo;s default country\/region is also derived from your account language setting (for example, lt_LT maps to Lithuania).<\/p><p>If no language is saved in your account, the interface<strong> defaults to the brand default language<\/strong>, and the store&rsquo;s country\/region instead falls back to detection <strong>based on your IP address<\/strong>.<\/p><p>You can change the language used for your store by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/1583539-how-to-change-the-hpanel-language-at-hostinger\/\"><strong>updating your account language in hPanel.<\/strong><\/a><\/p><h2 id=\"h-express-checkout-in-quick-link-stores\">Express Checkout in Quick link stores<\/h2><p>Express Checkout lets customers complete a purchase directly from the product page, without visiting a separate checkout page. Customers without a supported wallet will not see this option and can still check out normally.<\/p><h2 id=\"h-cookie-consent-and-footer-in-quick-link-stores\">Cookie consent and footer in Quick link stores<\/h2><p>Quick link stores display a cookie consent banner on a shopper&rsquo;s first visit. If a shopper is reviewing after receiving a review-request email, their rating and email are pre-filled, though they can still change them. Reviews are shared across channels that have collection enabled: a review left on one channel appears on all of them.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Moderate reviews<\/strong> &mdash; when on, new reviews stay pending until you publish or reject them. When off, reviews that pass the AI scan are published automatically.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ask for reviews by email<\/strong> &mdash; automatically emails customers inviting them to review their order a set number of days after it&rsquo;s completed.
