If not, delete unnecessary messages. Alternatively, you can consider <b><a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"\/support\/4528590-how-to-upgrade-a-titan-email-plan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">upgrading your Titan Email plan<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol><h2 id=\"h_bfd08d98f2\">Step 2 &ndash; Check the Email Account Status<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">If the mailbox you want to import messages from is <b>no longer active<\/b> and your data is stored in a <b>backup file<\/b>, you can use an email client to import your emails. For example: <b>imap.mailprovider.tld<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">If the IMAP server supports <b>SSL<\/b>, select the <b>Yes <\/b>radio button<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">The IMAP <b>port<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">The <b>source email address<\/b> &ndash; use full format, eg. <b><a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"mailto:name@domain.tld\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">name@domain.tld<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">The <b>password <\/b>of the email account on your previous provider<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Select the <b>destination<\/b> Titan email account from the dropdown list. Your messages will be imported to this account<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><p class=\"no-margin\">Once all the information is filled in, click on <b>Submit<\/b>.
