With the Access Logs feature for Hostinger Email, you can easily get detailed information about the time and location <\/b>where your email accounts are accessed. Navigate to the Email<\/a><\/b> Accounts section<\/b><\/a> <\/b>and choose Email Logs<\/b> on the left sidebar:

You’ll reach the Access <\/b>tab:

\n<\/p>

There, you will find a table showing where <\/b>your email accounts were accessed, when it happened <\/b>and if the connection was successful.<\/p>

\n<\/p>

Logs are available for 30 days<\/b> and you can filter them <\/b>by protocol, status (successful, failed, or if emails were deleted<\/b> in that session), email accounts as well as date range.<\/p>

    Time<\/b> – when your email account was accessed, based on your current location<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Email account<\/b> – email account in question<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    IP address<\/b> – IP address from which the email account was accesssed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Status – <\/b>indicates whether the action succeeded or not<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Protocol – <\/b>shows the protocol <\/b>used (it will be either SMTP, IMAP, or POP3)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>

    In case you find an entry under Status <\/b>with Incorrect password<\/b> – we highly recommend double-checking your password and changing it<\/a><\/b> if needed. <\/p>

    You can also click on the downward arrow next to any entry for additional details<\/b>, including session duration, mail client used, traffic, and deleted messages.<\/p>

    Some email clients create subsequent requests <\/b>after opening the email. This can result in the log showing multiple accesses from the same location in a short period of time.<\/p>\n<\/div>
