Mail goes to spam folder This issue can be related to mail filtering rules. It's possible someone from this server (it's a SHARED server) has sent mass emails and email provider has blacklisted this IP for some time. However, IPs do not stay blacklisted for a long time, so everything should be back to normal soon. At the moment you can mark email as "Not Spam", this will speedup the whitelisting processing.
