Currently, Hostinger is expanding its team in Lithuania and we are looking for Customer Success representatives whose primary concern will be helping our customers on their journey of becoming web-hosting professionals. Acting as the first line of response to our millions of customers worldwide, you will communicate with customers via live chat or email and provide them with answers to the information they are looking for!
What we expect from you:
- Fluency in written English (C1 or higher);
- Interested in IT;
- You really enjoy communicating with, and helping people;
- You are friendly, and motivated to conquer the internet!
Bonus if you have:
- Familiarity with web domains, hosting and Wordpress;
- Customer service experience;
