In the end, 20 teams joined, representing our colleagues across engineering, marketing, finance, customer success, and operations.<\/p><p>Some of the participants are experts in AI and automation, but many aren&rsquo;t. Over two days, they mapped processes, experimented with tools, and tried to turn an idea into something useful.<\/p><p>The seven examples below are the most relevant to other businesses &ndash; whether you&rsquo;re running a software company, an agency, an online store, or any other industry.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-bug-finder\">1. Built by a team of Hostinger developers and chatbot analysts, it addresses the complexity of interconnected systems that many growing software companies face.<\/p><p>When products, integrations, and teams are tightly connected, one change can quietly break something elsewhere. The bug finder agent <strong>reviews changes across related projects and identifies mismatches that could cause issues down the line<\/strong>. If it detects a potential problem between two systems, it alerts the relevant teams before the change reaches production.<\/p><p>Instead of discovering an issue weeks later through customer reports, support tickets, or internal investigations, teams catch the problem while the developer who made the change is still working on it, when fixes are fast and cheap.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-seniukai\">2. On average, each employee had 9.6 unresolved commitments at any given time as action items became buried across chat messages, emails, and meetings.<\/p><p>The agent named SeniukAI (Lithuanian slang for &ldquo;dude&rdquo;), and it makes sure important follow-ups don&rsquo;t get lost. It monitors conversations across our daily communication tool, email, and calendars, identifies action items without a clear owner, and flags unresolved commitments before they turn into bigger problems.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Instead of relying on someone to remember every follow-up, teams have a shared system that keeps commitments visible, assigns accountability, and surfaces issues before they delay projects. The team estimated the agent could save more than 250 hours every week across the company.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-product-updates-agent\">3. The work isn&rsquo;t particularly difficult, but it is repetitive and time-consuming.<\/p><p>So, the team built a product update agent that <strong>takes a single update and automatically adapts it for different communication channels and audiences<\/strong>. The agent then produces ready-to-review versions for newsletters, website updates, and social posts.<\/p><p>The writer simply reviews and adjusts rather than drafting from scratch, making it easy to maintain consistent messaging. Additionally, the tool helps ensure that important updates reach customers consistently, even as communication volume grows.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-content-freshness-agent\">4. Meanwhile, hundreds of published pages, tutorials, and product listings across the web still reflect the old version.&rdquo;<\/p><p>When outdated information remains online, it creates confusion for customers, search engines, and even AI crawler bots, which is an important aspect when <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/tutorials\/ai-seo-playbook-content\">optimizing your content for AI tools<\/a>.<\/p><p>The challenge is that most teams can&rsquo;t actively monitor every mention of their products across the web. Especially once you have hundreds of pages, keeping everything accurate becomes a manual and time-consuming task.<\/p><p>The agent works at two levels:<\/p><p>First, it <strong>scans<\/strong> <strong>internal content <\/strong>and flags outdated information, such as old pricing, renamed features, or claims that no longer reflect the current product.<\/p><p>Second, it <strong>monitors<\/strong> <strong>third-party sources<\/strong>, including review sites, comparison pages, and partner listings, and alerts the relevant team when it finds discrepancies.<\/p><p>This agent shifts the content auditing process from reactive to proactive. Instead of waiting for a customer to spot an inconsistency, the team finds and fixes it first.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-linkatron\">5. That&rsquo;s why, for the hackathon, they built a tool called Linkatron.<\/p><p>This AI agent <strong>scans published content and uses semantic matching to identify relevant internal linking opportunities between articles, documentation, and landing pages<\/strong>. When it finds a potential match, it surfaces the recommendation for review.<\/p><p>Once approved, the suggestion is automatically added to the content brief and to the description of our project management tool. That means writers can see linking opportunities while they&rsquo;re already working on the content, rather than having to browse our content database while writing.<\/p><p>After an article is published, Linkatron continues monitoring link health and flags broken or outdated links that need attention.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-trend-radar-and-competitor-research-agent\">6. The first is a trend radar that <strong>scans Reddit, Google Trends, and more than 40 other sources<\/strong>, delivering a daily briefing on emerging topics. The second <strong>monitors competitors on a weekly cadence<\/strong>, using web scraping to track changes across pricing pages, product announcements, and messaging.<\/p><p>The value goes beyond saving time. Research often happens when someone remembers to do it or when a problem appears. But for many teams, onboarding ends up being rushed, inconsistent, or built from the same generic checklist every time because managers are already juggling other priorities.<\/p><p>To solve this, the team built a personalized onboarding agent. The manager only needs to answer a short intake &ndash; role type, key responsibilities, tools the person will use, and what success looks like in the first 30 days.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p><p>By pulling context from your HR management system and internal communication tools, the agent then <strong>generates a tailored onboarding plan complete with relevant resources, milestones, and next steps<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Thanks to this, new employees become productive more quickly and start with a clearer understanding of what success looks like. Managers also get back the time for the things that actually require them, like one-on-ones or early coaching conversations.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-can-you-build-an-ai-agent\">How can you build an AI agent?<\/h2><p>The common thread across all seven AI agents we covered is that they all started with a bottleneck or a friction point.<\/p><p>We found that the harder part isn&rsquo;t building the agent, but noticing the problem in the first place. Many of these tasks become so embedded in day-to-day work that we stop questioning them. They simply become &ldquo;the way things are done.&rdquo;<\/p><p>Only after you&rsquo;ve identified that bottleneck does it get easier to think about the tools and implementation you need.<\/p><p>Fortunately, building agents is more accessible today.
