The <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/create-block-theme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Create Block Theme<\/a> plugin lets users create a child theme or a whole new block theme entirely &ndash; fully allowing creativity and curiosity.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-creativity-diversified\">Creativity Diversified<\/h2><p>The plugin is very accessible, giving everyone creative control.<\/p><p>It&rsquo;s been designed to complement the existing tools in the Site Editor to build a theme using it.
