How Does Cloud Hosting Work?
Each cloud container serves a limited amount of containers with dedicated resources. Cloud hosting servers are deployed in multiple locations across the globe to make sure customers get the best speed and response time (it balances the load and maximizes uptime). All machines are connected by 10G/40G uplinks to ToR switches which are set up for High Availability (HA). We have dual uplinks per DC. In case one uplink goes down, the traffic is routed seamlessly through the other. If the cloud package needs to be moved or restored, the transfer/restore process is seamless.

Cloud Hosting is similar to a VPS – you get a dedicated IP and resources. The difference is that if you have a VPS, the OS, updates, and software are fully managed by you. Hi Team, I am using this server for the last 1 year and recently renewed the shared server. Now I am planning to upgrade the shared server to a dedicated server. Please let me know if my plan changes within the existing plan. kindly tell me that the payment I have done for shared server can be adjusted with the dedicated server...??

Hello Hostinger Team ! I am your 1 year old users .I used shared hosting and now i need to upgrade in next month in sep. and want upgrade into cloud hosting (Startup Plan ) . In my mind Few question raised about the Cloud Hosting please give the answers . 1. Any special process for upgrade the Shared to Cloud Hosting (Shartup plan ) or just click on upgrade pay the payment then i go on cloud hosting dashboard ? 2.What about my all website backup it may automatic transffred to Cloud Hosting ? 3.Automatic install wordpress or all process start with begins for my all websites? 4.Free domain or SSL Cerificate choose instatnly mean at the payment time/upgrading or i can choose within a months option available. 5.Is cloud hosting is get good speed because i used shared hosting it is too slow in single post publish take 1 hour time only loading and loading autosaving going on .some time 503 error seen this problem solved in Cloud Hosting ? 6.Cloud Hosting have same tools just like in Shared hosting Dashboard/CPanel ? The upgrade will go smoothly, just keep in mind that your IP address will change to a dedicated one, so there could be a short downtime of your website till the DNS zone propagates. 2. Yes, the backups will be transferred to your new plan. 3. You will be able to continue your work from where you’ll leave it, so all the installations will remain the same after the upgrade. 4. If you don't choose the domain instantly, you can ask our Customer Success team for it whenever you want after the upgrade. 5. Cloud hosting is faster than shared hosting as you get dedicated resources. Keep in mind that speed depends on the optimization too. Hi Egle, Is special knowledge needed to manage the Cloud Hosting? I am only familiar with shared hosting with Cpanel WHM. Is it as easy as your Hpanel? Thanks.
